"여운" (yeoun) is the lingering resonance an experience leaves behind — the aftertaste of a song once it ends, or the trace of a person after they've gone; there's no clean one-word English match. Here IVE use it for the residue of a relationship still stuck at the "like" stage: not love yet, but not nothing either. Fittingly, "After LIKE" (released August 2022) interpolates Gloria Gaynor's 1978 disco anthem "I Will Survive" (NME; Billboard), so the 여운 hanging over the track is half crush, half survival-anthem echo.
