'불꽃처럼 타오르는' literally means 'burning like flames' — the opening hook frames the whole group as a wildfire that can't be contained, an idiom of unstoppable, blazing confidence. 'Fire' was 2NE1's debut single, released May 6, 2009, and was written and produced by Teddy Park (Wikipedia).
