"눈이 동그래지다" (nuni donggeuraejida) literally means "eyes going round" — the Korean way of describing eyes widening in shock or amazement, so the line promises "I'll make your eyes go wide." The title "O.O" is a little picture of exactly that: two round, startled eyes. It fits the song's construction — NMIXX's debut single (from AD MARE, February 22, 2022) is a showcase for JYP's self-coined "MIXX POP," lurching between baile funk and teen pop-rock mid-song to keep you off balance (Wikipedia; Soompi).
