"이소룡처럼 나타나" means "appear like Bruce Lee" (이소룡, Isoryong, is the Korean name for Bruce Lee), opening the track with its martial-arts framing. The song's Korean title is 영웅 ("Hero"). Notably, co-writer Chikk has said the Bruce Lee/martial-arts concept wasn't planned — "that Asian concept wasn't intended at all"; it started when someone in the studio mumbled something that sounded like "Bruce Lee," and only after SM approved did the team get intentional with the sound and lyrics (Korea Herald; Koreaboo). Kick It was released March 6, 2020 as the title track of NCT #127 Neo Zone.
