"발칵 뒤집어 놔" (balkak dwijibeo nwa) is a Korean expression for flipping something completely over in one sudden, chaotic motion — 발칵 is a mimetic adverb for an abrupt upheaval, so the line promises to turn your whole world upside down rather than politely rearrange it. It lands in the chorus as aespa's statement that their pursuit is total, not subtle.
