"넌 광야를 떠돌고 있어" means "You wander through the wilderness." 광야 (gwangya / KWANGYA) is aespa's fictional digital realm — an infinite, formless, ruleless space beyond the physical world where the members' AI avatar selves (the æ) exist. SM Entertainment unveiled this as the SM Culture Universe (SMCU), launched in May 2021, a shared sci-fi narrative spanning aespa, NCT and other SM acts (Koreaboo). In the lore the Black Mamba is a digital serpent born to disrupt the "SYNK" connection between the real members and their æ counterparts.
