EVAN (Heeseung) earns acclaim for solo debut single 'Ride or Die'
EVAN, formerly ENHYPEN's Heeseung, released his debut solo single 'Ride or Die' on June 22, 2026. Its pivot toward rock and alternative sounds — a departure from ENHYPEN's pop and EDM style — drew strong praise from fans, with many calling it one of the best solo debuts in recent K-pop. It is his first release since leaving the group in March.
Former ENHYPEN member Heeseung will make his solo debut in June 2026 under the stage name EVAN, his agency BELIFT LAB confirmed. He left ENHYPEN in March citing differences in musical direction, and is preparing new music alongside festival appearances at the Busan One Asia Festival and KCON LA 2026. The debut marks his first release as a solo artist.
