the numbers are genuinely unhinged. round-trip domestic flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi for that weekend have already hit 5 million dong — more than 1.5 times the usual fare — per Vietnamese outlet VnExpress, and they're only expected to climb as the shows get closer. it's giving surge pricing but make it VIP.
hotels? cooked. the Sheraton Hanoi says roughly 80% of its rooms are already booked for the concert weekend, and a rep noted most are individual reservations — aka fans, not tour groups, locking it in early. mother is booking the suite in advance.
for context, the tickets themselves run between 1 million and 10.5 million dong (about $37 and up), with reservations opening Thursday. and this isn't even YG's first time breaking Vietnam — when BLACKPINK played Hanoi back in 2023, one-way flights on that exact route peaked at a casual 9 million dong.
