"레게톤과 플라멩코가 만나" (regeton-gwa peullamengko-ga manna) means "reggaeton and flamenco meet" — the Korean adaptation hands non-Spanish listeners an instant genre map. The Spanish title "Despechá" literally means "spiteful" (a colloquial clip of despechada, "scorned/heartbroken"), the tradition of dancing defiantly after being left (Wikipedia). Rosalía's original, released July 28, 2022 in the Motomami+ era, is actually built as a mambo with merengue and electropop elements (Wikipedia).
