설레다 (seolleda) has no clean English equivalent — it's the fluttery, heart-pounding excitement you feel around someone you like before anything is even confirmed. 설레게 만들면 어쩌려고 (seollege mandeulmyeon eotteoryeogo) adds a playful, reproachful 'what are you going to do about it?', half-scolding someone for stirring up those feelings. 'NoNoNo' was the title track of Apink's third EP, Secret Garden (July 5, 2013), composed and produced by hitmaker Shinsadong Tiger (Wikipedia).
