"방탄이 왔어" means "Bangtan has arrived" — Bangtan (방탄, "bulletproof") is the Korean short form of BTS's name, so it's a literal arrival announcement at the song's climax. "ON" is the second single from Map of the Soul: 7 (released February 21, 2020) and debuted at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, the highest-charting song by a Korean group at the time (Wikipedia). BTS performed it in the main concourse of Grand Central Terminal for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which aired February 24, 2020 (Wikipedia).
