"비정상이 정상이야" means "the abnormal is the normal." The wordplay sets the prefix 비- (non-/ab-) against 정상 (normal) and then collapses the two, so dysfunction becomes the relationship's baseline — the song's whole "psycho" thesis in one line. "Psycho" was released December 23, 2019 as the title track of The ReVe Festival: Finale; it peaked at No. 2 on the Gaon Digital Chart for three weeks (Wikipedia). Two days later, member Wendy was seriously injured in a fall during an SBS Gayo Daejeon rehearsal (Soompi).
