계획대로 끝났어 (gyehoek-daero kkeutnasseo) means "it ended exactly as planned" — the reveal that the whole thing was scripted from the start, with 계획대로 ("according to plan") being a common, slightly smug Korean phrase for everything going your way. Tagging the English "too late" onto it twists the knife: the other person only realises they were played once there's no move left. It lands as the cold payoff to the song's slow-burn setup.
