"잃지 않게 지켜줄게" (ilji anhge jikyeojulge) means "I will protect you so you never lose it" — the "it" being 맑은 너의 영혼 ("your pure soul") named in the line just before. Framing an intangible thing like purity or innocence as something you can guard is a very common move in Korean lyric writing. The phrase sits at the peak of the chorus of this February 5, 2021 R&B ballad, whose music video pictures aespa inside a snow-globe winter wonderland (Wikipedia).
