"달라 달라 나는 달라" (dalla dalla naneun dalla) means "different, different — I'm different." 달라 is the casual form of 다르다 (dareuda, "to be different"), and the triple repetition hammers the anti-conformity hook home. "DALLA DALLA" was ITZY's debut single, released February 12, 2019 on It'z Different and written by the production team Galactika (not J.Y. Park, who produced their follow-up "Icy") (Wikipedia).
